Hi My name is bonnie. fitness has been a cornerstone of my life since childhood. growing up, i loved being part of team sports like field hockey and track & field, and i discovered my passion for weight training at age 18. over the years, i’ve challenged myself in new ways, even stepping on stage for several bikini fitness competitions.

with over 10 years of experience, i help people of all ages build healthy habits, gain strength, and feel confident in their bodies. my approach focuses on sustainable nutrition, strength training, and injury prevention - creating safe, effective workouts tailored to each person’s unique goals.

Kristen Whalen

Kristen is an inner wisdom guide who helps people connect to their bodies intuition through sound, breath, and movement. She provides a nurturing environment that supports internal exploration and personal growth. Cultivating a sense of safety and trust are of high importance for her when working with people both individually and collectively. She offers 1:1 guidance as well as group gatherings.

With a degree in mental health counseling, Kristen is highly attuned to the needs of others. Her experience has led her to focus on offerings that include mindful eating, mindful movement, women's circles, sound healing, and guided meditation.

Class description:

Sound & Yin classes are led with gentle movement, light breathwork, guided meditation and end with a sound bath. Relax into the present moment and allow the healing vibrations from the various healing instruments to work their magic as they take you on a journey toward rejuvenation. The frequencies work to bring alignment and balance between mind, body, and spirit.

Hi There! I am an experienced athlete, engineer, and entrepreneur. I have lived in downtown st. pete for more than 15 years, so yes I am a local. Ask me anything! I love the vibrancy and energy the city has to offer by day and night.

My love of exercise, weight-training, and movement inspired me to start journey into fitness.

One of my core belief’s is that movement is essential for well-being. my vision for journey is to create a welcoming community that helps st pete residents reach your fitness goals.
